Yes! Online Payments are through PayFast. All our online payments are 3D secure.
3D Secure is an online credit card security system provided by MasterCard® and Visa and supported by many banks worldwide. At no point is your important card information stored or backed up on a server.
There are no charges. If you pay for something it is the same as if you paid using your credit card the old fashioned way.
Yes you can! X3 drivers per booking. Yes you can book another block of 3 drivers, expect 15-30min collection apart from 1st booking. You need to pay for all of them online or with driver through SnapScan upon collection of 1st group.
You will either ask us to credit your profile/account, credit to be used next time you book.

YES, but not within the hour of you pick-up, and it’s subject to availability.
Simply call the call centre if you do not receive a confirmation sms within 5min after booking.
Anytime when you book you can redeem your points against the booking fee.
We use Google Maps to determine the Kilometres and it chooses the fastest and safest way. Please Note: Google Maps route may be different during the day as it factors in traffic compared to after 19h00 when there is no traffic.

All our drivers are subjected to a rigorous selection and training process before joining the DRIVE ME HOME team. We also conduct regular assessments through on-going training and quality assurance feedback to ensure all our drivers meet the service levels that we have set for ourselves.
No, as this affects our delivery to other clients unless if it is stated on booking form then a charge will be applied. The charge is depended how busy we are. It will either be R50.00 or R100.00 extra.
Yes, your online profile has an option to rate your driver.
You need to ensure that you have adequate insurance over your vehicle which includes the use of the vehicle by third party drivers (so as to include DRIVE ME HOME drivers). If the vehicle is involved in an accident when you are using the DRIVE ME HOME service, you’ll need to claim from your own insurance.
We have a trip quote system, you either pay online when booking or with SnapScan to the driver. No debit orders. No hidden costs.
Yes, absolutely, you just need include it on your online booking form or inform the call centre of the drop off points along the way when you call in to make your booking – just remember that you will be billed for the total trip including the drop-offs.
Yes, absolutely. You are still the same client, just note it when booking.
We’ll let you know via SMS who your Driver will be for your collection time, sms will have his ID number and names. All DRIVE ME HOME drivers must have their DRIVE ME HOME name tags and carry their driver’s license cards at all times. If you are concerned about whether your driver is a legitimate or not please contact the call center and they will happily verify the drivers ID number with you before you hand over your keys to the driver.
Sure, Bookings that are cancelled by client within 2hrs of the collection time carry a 50% liability cost of that booking.
